I just ordered a product. How can I check the status of my order?
Once your purchase is complete, you can view your order by clicking on 'orders' in the account button.
My order is pending. What does that mean?
A pending order means that we have received your payment and are waiting to process it.
I entered the wrong delivery address. How can I change it?
Currently, the only way to change the delivery address is to contact support. Address change requests are prioritized by our support team and will be processed within 2 to 4 hours.
The site is in English. How can I translate it?
Yes, although we are based in Belgium, we have chosen to put our site in English so that everyone can understand it. We are working on translations for all EU countries. For now, you can use your browser's automatic translation feature, but this may result in some translation errors.
I am not in Europe, can I still order from ZyloRealm?
Yes, of course! We ship to all countries worldwide except North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
